GMW deep groove ball bearings with the suffix ENC330°C (Enhanced+) are an enhanced temperature product of the HT3 series, it is designed to fill the upgrande of the temperature difference between the HT3 series (300°C) and HT1 (350°) to give customers more suitable choices
ENC330° (Enhanced+) our processed by with an additional Manganese Phosphate coating and is suitable for slow speeds with temperatures up to 330°C. All ENC330°C (Enhanced +) Deep Groove Ball Bearings have the following advantages:
- Increased radial clearance (multiple of C5) as compensation for temperature-induced deformations
- Heat stabilization for temperatures of up to 330°C
- Manganese phosphate coating (according to DIN EN ISO 9717).
- Enhanced lubrication with special grease perfluoropolyether (PFPE) heat resistant up to 330ºC
- Riveted sheet steel cage provides high stability yet low friction
